Deep Ocean / Own website / 8 October 2026

A finding, a change,
and a verification record.

A real implementation example from this website. It demonstrates completed website work; it is not a client engagement or evidence of enquiries, rankings, AI citations or revenue.

The starting problem

The visitor could see skills, but not the delivery.

On 7 October, five service cards linked to sections of a long scope document. That page had a return link, but no main navigation. The homepage named a strategy call while the calendar used an audit title.

Before

Five overlapping categories

AI Search, Local SEO, SEO Foundation, content and Technical SEO appeared as separate choices. Deliverables and responsibilities were buried in prose.

Implemented on this site

Three areas with defined outputs

A commercial service overview, three dedicated explanations, visible project deliverables and shared navigation. The contact page states the duration, interlocutor and purpose of the call.

Completed-work record

Inspect the actual pages.

Service structure
Services & scope groups the work, names the outputs and explains project and support responsibilities.
Specific deliverables
Local SEO, Website SEO & Content and AI Search Review have distinct starting problems, inputs and completion checks.
Contact expectations
Contact defines the 15-minute introductory conversation and the separate scope step. The calendar title is flagged until its account configuration can be updated.
Verification
Review the published page text, destinations and mobile navigation. Repository checks and responsive checks accompany the release; they do not measure conversion or search performance.

Illustrative local-service task / Not a client result

What an assignable priority looks like.

The following is a constructed task brief showing the format of a delivery record. No customer, source capture or completed change is claimed for this scenario.

Scenario
A service page uses “available everywhere”, while the business confirms a limited service area.
Priority
Replace the vague coverage claim with approved locations and booking conditions on the page linked from the Business Profile.
Deliverable
Reviewed page copy, an approved profile-link check and a dated completion note with the published page address.
Responsibilities
The business confirms locations and conditions. Deep Ocean prepares the copy and completes supported CMS work after approval, or briefs the client’s developer.
Completion check
The published page names the confirmed coverage, the profile links to that page and the contact path works. Any enquiry change is measured separately.
