The promise in one line: every covered finding in your Sprint report ships with its own dated raw record. If a covered finding is missing its record, misquotes it, or does not match it, we cure it or refund the $490.
Deep Ocean is operated by Nicolò Brignoni as a sole operator. No incorporated entity exists yet; we state that plainly rather than hide it. This warranty applies to the Visibility Sprint only. Foundation runs under its own written scope and agreement, offered as a next step after a Sprint.
The factual findings in a delivered Sprint report: the brands and sources recorded per tracked question, the crawler user-agent access results, and the retrieval-rank check. Recommendations, prioritization, and the pipeline exposure estimate are judgment built on those findings, not covered findings themselves. No citation outcome is promised or covered.
Its dated raw record. For an access check: the URL, the exact user-agent sent, the timestamp, and the HTTP response returned to a simulated request. For a sampled answer: the dated capture of what the engine returned at sample time. A SHA-256 manifest accompanies the delivery; it lets you confirm your copy is intact and unaltered since delivery. It is not, by itself, proof of the timestamps or of where the content came from.
A new run of the same query or request returning a different answer, different brands, different sources, or a different HTTP status. AI answers vary between runs, and server responses vary with IP, location, time, CDN, and WAF behavior. A crawler-access record is a user-agent simulation from an ordinary IP, not proof that the real crawler reached the site from its own IP; only your server or CDN logs can confirm that.
Within 30 days of delivery, write to hello@deepoceanstudio.com naming the specific finding (the finding identifier printed in the report), what does not hold, and any output you have. We check the claim against the delivered records and reply within 5 business days with the cure or the refund decision. Refunds go back by the original payment method. Your statutory rights outside this warranty are unaffected; this procedure does not limit them.
Governing law, venue, and a liability cap are not stated in version EIW-1.0; they will be added after legal review in the chosen jurisdiction, as a new version. The version identifier on your order confirmation records which terms apply to your purchase.
