Deep Ocean is the consulting name used by Nicolò Brignoni. Work is agreed directly with Nicolò; no incorporated company or existing client relationship is implied by the brand.
Deep Ocean offers a focused SEO Strategy Session with Nicolò Brignoni: one website, one agreed question, a review of up to three public pages, a 60-minute working session and a short written recap with up to three priorities. The fee and session date are agreed in writing before you confirm. Your team decides and implements. Implementation, a full-site audit and ongoing monitoring are not included.
Inquiry and confirmation
Contact Nicolò using public information to discuss a session. The written scope confirms the question, pages, deliverables, fee, date and engagement terms before you commit. A site visit, email or introductory conversation does not create an engagement.
Payment arrangements, rescheduling, cancellation and the handling of any additional work are specified in the individual written terms. This site has no checkout or automatic payment collection. Business and invoicing details are provided with the engagement documentation; they are not invented on the site.
Advice and responsibility
Nicolò provides the agreed review, working session and recap. You are responsible for confirming business facts, choosing actions and authorizing and implementing changes. Work outside the agreed scope needs a separate agreement.
Results and research
No ranking, AI recommendation, citation, traffic or commercial result is guaranteed. The own-site priority note documents work on Deep Ocean itself. Independent research and previous employment are separate from evidence of a Deep Ocean client engagement.
Privacy and confidentiality
Initial inquiries use public information. Do not send credentials, customer data or confidential documents. Any later receipt or use of private material needs a separately agreed purpose and route. Client names or private findings are not published without separate written permission.
Historical services
Previous AI-visibility packages, prices, subscriptions, pilots and warranties are historical records. They do not apply to this session. No historical Evidence Integrity Warranty is transferred to this work.
