Inquiries

The contact page opens your own email application; it has no submission form. A voluntary inquiry may include your name, business email, website, question, market, language and preferred timing. Use public information only. These details are used to discuss fit, agree the session and manage the correspondence.

Session scheduling is arranged directly after the scope, fee and date are agreed. Any external meeting service and any necessary data handling are specified before the session. This site has no embedded calendar, client account connection, checkout or confidential file-upload path.

Information not requested

Do not email passwords, payment card details, personal customer data, CRM exports, call recordings or confidential documents. If private information is later needed, its purpose and authorized route must be agreed separately before transfer.

Free AI Access Scan

The scan accepts one public HTTPS URL. It requests robots.txt and makes six bounded requests using named crawler user-agent strings. The scan application does not save the robots contents or results, collect an email or call a generative AI service. These are simulations from the scan server, not real provider crawler visits.

The destination website and hosting providers may log ordinary request details, including URLs, network addresses and times. The scan page has no analytics. Only submit public URLs; browser history may retain what you enter.

Website and providers

Hosting and email services process the data needed to provide their services. Current consulting pages contain no analytics script. Older research pages may use Plausible Analytics through a first-party proxy without advertising cookies.

Research and publication

Public research preserves the dates, questions, visible answers and source information described in each study. Independent subjects are not clients unless explicitly documented as such. Private messages, client identity and non-public findings are not published without separate written permission.

External AI services

Receiving a message does not authorize submitting private material to an external AI service. Any such processing requires an agreed purpose and route.

Retention and your choices

Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or engagement and any required records. Public research may be retained for provenance. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing Nicolò, subject to applicable requirements.
