This is a category question that does not name Rossmann. The other two questions name the brand and ask about its location and services.

2. Observed answer

The first category answer named Rossmann, iPad Rehab and iBoard Repair. Rossmann was mentioned and its official iPhone service page appeared in the preserved source export. The response gave a 2–6 week turnaround.

“Current stated turnaround is 2–6 weeks.”

The repeat also named Rossmann, with a different ordering of the alternatives. It did not state a turnaround. Its preserved URLs included a Rossmann recommendations page and an iPad Rehab page hosted on a Rossmann subdomain.

3. Verification of the cited source

The official iPhone service page was saved at 02:04:48 UTC on 22 September. Its visible content included the base turnaround and a separate notice adding one to two months to published times. That qualification did not appear in the first answer's turnaround statement.

The original source snapshot remains in the repository and its SHA-256 hash matches the saved manifest. Inspect the source-check record and dated source manifest. The official service page was also checked separately on 13 October; both the base interval and additional-time notice were returned. This source check does not refresh the historical AI answers.

4. Meaning of the observation

The brand was present and a source was cited, while one timing statement lacked a qualification present in that source. A mention count alone would not capture that issue. The repeat's omission of any turnaround prevents treating the first wording as stable.

Six successful records are preserved. The records do not establish frequency across users, platforms or markets. They do not reveal which source passage ChatGPT used or explain why the notice was omitted.

5. Proposed decision or priority

First ask the business to confirm which timing applies. Then review whether the additional notice and service estimates should appear together wherever timing is explained. The business would decide and approve any edit.

Missing information and limitations

• The underlying model, observer IP and physical location were not recorded. English and the geographic wording of each question are known.
• Q1, run 2 has visible Rossmann source labels but an empty saved URL list. Exact cited URLs are missing; this is not treated as absence.
