Interpretation: the first category answer reported the base interval without the additional notice. The repeat did not state a turnaround. The business has not confirmed an issue or commissioned work.

A separate current public-source check on 13 October 2026 also returned a page containing both the base interval and additional-time notice. This does not refresh the September ChatGPT answers or establish why they differed.

Source cards and exported URL lists do not reveal which passage the model retrieved. In q1-r2, source labels are visible but the saved URL list is empty; exact URLs are missing.
