Update, 2026-07-24: the wholesale rate card is down. An earlier version of this page published wholesale prices while wholesale ordering was closed, next to the line saying no wholesale order is accepted. A rate card you cannot order from does not help you plan, so we removed the prices instead of stacking more caveats around them. Wholesale pricing returns to this page together with the wholesale warranty and upgrade-credit terms, as one orderable package, and not before. Foundation remains a one-time product in design, gated on a legal entity, jurisdiction, contract, and per-engagement scope of work that do not exist yet. Care remains a planned future continuation, not sold today.
The Evidence Integrity Warranty, public
Every covered finding ships with its dated raw record. Deep Ocean does not sell a citation-outcome guarantee, to agencies or their clients: no demonstrated flip that meets our protocol exists anywhere we have found, including our own, and we are not announcing a condition for its return. What we back on the direct-retail Sprint (version EIW-1.0, full terms at deepoceanstudio.com/terms) is an Evidence Integrity Warranty: each access check records the URL, user-agent, timestamp, and HTTP response returned to a simulated request, and each sampled answer is delivered as a dated capture. A material finding with no valid record behind it, and not curable, refunds the $490 retail Sprint fee. The wholesale warranty terms for agency-ordered Sprints, including which fee a cure or refund applies to, are not yet finalized and will be published here before they apply to a wholesale order. How we compare to a monitoring dashboard
AI answers change between askings. That makes reporting the hardest part of selling AI visibility: show your client a win this month and it can flip next week. Our answer is a measurement protocol we publish and run on our own brand first, failures included, so the report you hand your client is one whose protocol they can rerun and whose dated captures they can check for themselves, rather than a screenshot you hope holds up. No wholesale step is orderable by an agency today. Step 01 opens at the wholesale rate once the wholesale warranty terms are published, though an agency can already buy a Sprint at the retail price ($490) with white-label delivery on request, as the buyer under the retail EIW-1.0 terms. Who owns the client?
You do, always. We never contact your client, never appear in their inbox, and never put our name on anything they see. The relationship is yours before, during, and after the engagement.
What does white label actually mean?
Every deliverable ships under your brand. For the Sprint, that means the report itself. Foundation's per-engine access and hygiene documentation, visibility playbook, and Care's monthly citation evidence report are designed to ship white label too, once each product is available.
Can we start with one client?
