THE VISIBILITY SPRINT $490 · 48 HOURS

See who ChatGPT recommends instead of your brand.

Your brand already earned its market. This shows you what AI engines say about it anyway: who gets named for your category's questions, who gets ignored, what that invisibility is worth in your own numbers, and a prioritized direction for the sources and access tied to those answers. Built for marketing directors and founders who already own their market and want to understand why the AI answer does not yet reflect it. Fixed price, delivered in 48 hours, yours to keep.

Ask ChatGPT yourself and it will name a few, for free. What a single ask will not tell you is how much that answer moves. We run the same category question on our own panel every week and publish the result: on 2026-07-16 two samplings taken the same day agreed on only two of the six agencies named, and on 2026-07-23 the answer led with a different agency again. A one-shot check reads like a finding and behaves like a sample of one. The Sprint adds the dated record across every buying question, the sources behind each answer, a crawler access check per engine, and the Evidence Integrity Warranty: every covered finding ships with its own dated raw capture. The instability is published too, on the AI Citation Index, including the weeks our own number does not move.

What you get

01 THE DEMOThe answers, verbatim

We ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the exact questions your customers ask. You get the answers word for word: who is cited, who wins, whether you appear at all. You can ask the same question on your own phone; answers vary between runs, so what we ship is the dated capture, not a claim the wording repeats.

02 THE SOURCESWhere the answers come from

For every tracked question, the specific sources cited in the AI's answer: where your competitors are already covered and you are not. Plus all 7 AI crawler user-agents tested against your site (5 that feed live retrieval, 2 that feed model training only), so any access failure surfaces immediately, with the exact curl command that produced each result included in the report. Your Bing retrieval rank for each tracked query is checked too, since Bing's index feeds several AI engines.

03 THE DIRECTIONWhere to move first, in order

A prioritized direction: which questions to target first, what each one is worth to your pipeline, and which categories of cited sources are tied to those answers today. Access failures are named with the command to reproduce them. The source-specific briefs for getting into each cited source, and the content that goes into them, are the Foundation build.

04 THE CALLThirty minutes, plain language

A walkthrough of what the findings mean for your business. Questions answered, no upsell on the call.

See the full report format, run on our own domain. It shows the shape of the deliverable, not proof of the commercial thesis.

Where the Sprint stops, in one place

The Sprint is a measurement. It tells you which brands the engines name today, which sources those answers cite, and where your access fails, all dated and reproducible. That part we deliver every time, and the Evidence Integrity Warranty backs it.

Getting into those sources is a separate job, and your team runs it. Whether that placement changes who the answer names is the open question in this whole category. We have not found a published, controlled demonstration of it anywhere, ours included, and we are testing it in public on our own brand under a preregistered protocol. When our number moves, the ledger will show it; when it does not, the ledger shows that too. Buy the Sprint for the measurement, and judge the rest by what the ledger does.

What the gap is worth

The report puts a number on the gap, in your own funnel figures. For every tracked question where the answer does not name you, we size the demand that sits in front of it: search volume for the intent as a demand proxy, not a count of AI prompts, an assumed share of that demand now resolved inside an AI answer that you set and can adjust, and your own lead-to-deal rate and deal value. The output is an exposure range, not a recovery forecast, with every assumption shown so you can re-run it yourself.

It is an exposure estimate: what the gap could be worth to your funnel if it closed. It does not promise recovery. Presence in the cited sources is the evidence-supported lever. If the math does not clear the cost of fixing it for your brand, the report says so instead of selling you the work.

What happens after the 48 hours

The Sprint hands you a dated snapshot, and a snapshot of this particular thing has a shelf life. On our own tracked question, two samplings taken on the same day agreed on only two of the six names. A week later the answer led with a different agency again. That instability is the finding, and it has a practical consequence: a source map is accurate on the day it is captured, and it decays from there.

Two honest options follow, and the cheaper one is real.

Option 1 · $0
Act on the map and re-check yourself

Everything in the report is reproducible: the questions, the protocol, and the raw dated captures are yours to keep. You can re-run the panel by hand whenever you want, and the free scan stays open for the machine layer. Plenty of buyers will only ever need the one Sprint, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Option 2 · $290/mo · in design
The Watch, if you would rather not re-run it

The same panel re-run monthly, with the drift, the new entrants, and the source changes reported. It sells the meter and nothing else: no outcome promise, no citation guarantee, and the same evidence discipline as the Sprint. It is priced and designed, and it is not orderable yet. If you want it when it opens, say so on the intake call and we will tell you the date.

Limited capacity, one protocol. We take a limited number of Sprints per week, and every one runs on the same measurement protocol Nicolò built and stands behind. And if the answers already cite you and your machine layer is clean, the report will say exactly that. A fixed price means we have no reason to invent problems.

Questions

Is this the free scan?

No. The free scan checks a domain's readability signals in about thirty seconds. The Sprint asks the real questions in the real engines, maps the sources behind the answers, checks crawler access per engine, prices what the gap is worth, and hands you a prioritized direction plus a call.

What if I want help beyond the direction?

That is our AI Visibility Program: the one-time Foundation build, currently in design and not yet available for order. Foundation carries its own gate (a legal entity, jurisdiction, contract, and a per-engagement scope of work), none of which exist yet, so the Foundation price below is informational only. Where the Sprint points, the Foundation is designed to build: the source-specific briefs for getting into each cited source, the first answer-shaped content drafted for you, access checked and fixed for each named crawler's user-agent, and the tracked panel stood up as a standing measurement with a baseline report. We prescribe and measure; your team, your agency, or your freelancers would do the placements. The Sprint itself is backed by the Evidence Integrity Warranty: every covered finding ships with its dated raw record, and a material finding with no valid record behind it, and not curable, refunds the full $490. The Sprint stands alone and is contractable today; no obligation either way.

Who is the Sprint for?

Strong brands whose customers ask AI assistants for recommendations: brands with provable organic traffic and market recognition, sharpest fit when you already rank for your category but the AI names someone else. If you are an agency asking for a client, tell us at the intake; we deliver white label too. In that case the agency is the buyer at the same $490 retail price, under the same retail EIW-1.0 warranty terms: wholesale pricing and any upgrade credit stay closed until their terms are published at /partners/.

How do I pay?

You start with the intake call, we confirm scope, and the 48 hours begin once both the confirmed scope and the payment are in. The payment method is stated on your order confirmation.

How we compare

Every option below is a real way to spend this budget. Row by row, here is where each one stops.

Capability Deep Ocean Typical SEO agency Typical monitoring tool Typical GEO vendor
Shows you who the AI names instead of you, verbatim Yes varies Yes varies
Names the exact third-party sources AI cites, for your team to get into Yes sometimes sometimes sometimes
Writes content shaped to your buyers' exact questions not in the Sprint Yes sometimes sometimes
Tells you llms.txt, schema, and a high readiness score do not cause citations Yes varies varies varies
Publishes its own citation number in a dated, failure-inclusive public ledger, even at zero Yes No No No
Ships every covered finding with its dated raw record; an unsupported material finding, uncured, refunds the fee (a warranty on record integrity, not on outcomes; terms) Yes No No No
Published pricing, no quote call price published, orders not yet open No Yes No

Yes, we wrote this table, so read it skeptically. The concessions are real: a monitoring dashboard really is cheaper, it measures continuously, and the stronger ones do surface the cited sources. Naming sources is a category floor now, not our edge. What a subscription dashboard does not hand you is a fixed-price human read of which sources to prioritize and why, a dated public ledger that keeps its own citation number including at zero, or a name signed under the result. The llms.txt row is not our opinion: Google's own AI documentation says these files are not required for its AI features, and SE Ranking's 300,000-domain study found no citation effect. We put that in writing; much of this category still sells them. The same holds for a readiness score generally: it does not predict whether an AI answer cites you. We checked it on ourselves first: our own site scores 94 on standard readiness checks and was named in 0 of 11 tracked answers on the AI Citation Index. In our own sampling we have also seen a near-perfect-readiness tool cited zero times in a category answer while a lower-scoring rival was cited, on a single dated sample (2026-07-08); counts like that move run to run, which is why we publish the pattern here, not a scoreboard. Two honest notes about us: we prescribe the placements and your team executes them, and our own tracked number is still zero, kept in a dated public ledger. A flip is not proven yet, ours included; that is what the meter is for. The same gap shows up on two other strong brands we sampled.
